That is comically similar to my truck.
- former brush-fire truck from the 60's
- was red, painted some shade of yellow
- 26k / mine had 36k
- mostly vintage (not modernized) but not “original” exactly, either
- some rust, but not much - mine has very little, really
Mine is also stepside, with an added huge flat bumper going around the back. I mean, the curves in the bodywork are even similar.
I also paid $7k for mine, however, it ran and drove fine, minus a small fuel leak which was simply a dry gasket on the fuel bowl. It passed inspection and I’ve driven it over 2,000 miles without an issue. This one sure looks like it needs... a lot of work. Cool truck, though.
